Food on My Mind: The Anti Inflammatory Diet and Eating for Your Blood-Type

    conqueringcrohns / October 18, 2020

It’s time to make some changes! Since I’ve moved to California, I haven’t been eating the best. I have wanted to try new places, been trying to settle into a routine, and just being lazy. I haven’t felt sick at all, but I have noticed changes in my skin. Mainly an increase in acne, which could be…

✨💜Goodbye for now💜✨ I’ve decided to s ✨💜Goodbye for now💜✨

I’ve decided to step away from 💟Conquering Crohn’s💟. This blog has been such a great outlet for me to share my journey, learn, and be there for people. I’m in a good place now and don’t want to spend time behind the screen or getting anxious about what to write or finding time to do so. I have nothing left to give to this page currently, or other blogs I have written for and I’ve decided that that’s okay!

The IBD community is always there when you need refuge and they have helped me during the life of this blog. When I find that I need to find purpose again…I’ll be back. I hope that this page helped others as much as it helped fulfill a small part of me the past 2.5 years 💜

It’s been real IBD warriors ✌🏻.
