How to Transition to a Plant Based Diet Original post: 12/30/19, Updated: 5/4/21 At the end of 2016, my IBD was not under control. My husband researched about what could be done to help me. I was in a limbo of not feeling great, but not feeling terrible.  And my diagnosis had just switched from Ulcerative Colitis…

✨💜Goodbye for now💜✨ I’ve decided to s ✨💜Goodbye for now💜✨

I’ve decided to step away from 💟Conquering Crohn’s💟. This blog has been such a great outlet for me to share my journey, learn, and be there for people. I’m in a good place now and don’t want to spend time behind the screen or getting anxious about what to write or finding time to do so. I have nothing left to give to this page currently, or other blogs I have written for and I’ve decided that that’s okay!

The IBD community is always there when you need refuge and they have helped me during the life of this blog. When I find that I need to find purpose again…I’ll be back. I hope that this page helped others as much as it helped fulfill a small part of me the past 2.5 years 💜

It’s been real IBD warriors ✌🏻.
