You know I am all about juicing lately! It’s a great way to get nutrients into your body while also giving your digestive system a rest. But what about all that juice pulp! One of the only downfalls to juicing is a lot of beneficial pulp is left behind. That pulp is typically throw out (or composted!).…

There is not one specific Crohn’s Disease Diet that is best At least not that we’ve found yet. ✨💜Goodbye for now💜✨ I’ve decided to s ✨💜Goodbye for now💜✨

I’ve decided to step away from 💟Conquering Crohn’s💟. This blog has been such a great outlet for me to share my journey, learn, and be there for people. I’m in a good place now and don’t want to spend time behind the screen or getting anxious about what to write or finding time to do so. I have nothing left to give to this page currently, or other blogs I have written for and I’ve decided that that’s okay!

The IBD community is always there when you need refuge and they have helped me during the life of this blog. When I find that I need to find purpose again…I’ll be back. I hope that this page helped others as much as it helped fulfill a small part of me the past 2.5 years 💜

It’s been real IBD warriors ✌🏻.
